Data deletion
This page explains how to delete your data from Reelipal — individual creations, your entire account, or the data tied to a connected social account (Google/YouTube, TikTok, Facebook/Instagram).
01Delete individual creations
Open your library at reelipal.com/dashboard, open the creation and use Delete. This removes it from your library; backups and provider-side caches clear on their own schedules shortly after.
02Delete your account and all data
- Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account".
- We delete your account, your content and your personal data within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to keep (e.g. invoices).
- We confirm by email once the deletion is complete.
03Disconnect a social account
If you connected a social account to publish videos, disconnecting it deletes the stored access token on our side. You can also revoke Reelipal's access from the platform itself:
- Google / YouTube — myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party apps & services → Reelipal → Remove access.
- TikTok — Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Apps → Reelipal → Remove.
- Facebook / Instagram — Settings → Apps and Websites → Reelipal → Remove.
04Data received from Meta platforms
If you connected an Instagram or Facebook account and want the data we received from Meta deleted, remove the app as described above or email [email protected] with the subject "Meta data deletion". We action every request within 30 days and confirm by email.
