01Delete individual creations

Open your library at reelipal.com/dashboard, open the creation and use Delete. This removes it from your library; backups and provider-side caches clear on their own schedules shortly after.

02Delete your mobile account

• In the Reelipal app, open Settings → Delete account → Request account deletion, read the explanation, and confirm Delete account. This works for anonymous mobile accounts without an email address.
• Once your request is accepted, access to that account ends immediately. Your account, projects, uploaded reference media, and generated results will be permanently deleted from our active systems within 30 days. Save anything you want to keep before requesting deletion.
• The request applies to the account currently open in the app. It does not delete content belonging to another account or another installation sharing the same store subscription.
• The accepted request is saved on our servers and continues in the background. The app shows pending or completed status. Account deletion also requests deletion of associated PostHog analytics; a pending status is not a completion confirmation.

03Request deletion without the app

• Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account". Say whether your request concerns the Reelipal mobile app or website and provide the account information you have. For an email-based account, contact us from the registered email address when possible.
• For an anonymous mobile account, include the User ID shown in Settings if you still have access to it. An email address on the mobile account is not required, and you do not need to reinstall the app. If you cannot find the User ID, describe the account or installation so support can help locate it.
• We verify ownership before acting on a support request; a User ID alone does not authorize deletion. Support may ask for additional ownership information. After verification and acceptance, access ends and deletion is completed within 30 days. We confirm completion by email for support requests.

04Manage or cancel your store subscription separately

Deleting your Reelipal account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. To stop future charges, manage or cancel it through your store. You may request account deletion immediately even while subscribed.

05Retained records, backups, and providers

We retain the minimum pseudonymous transaction and subscription records needed to prevent duplicate credit grants, handle payment disputes, and meet legal retention requirements, for as long as those purposes require. These records do not include your deleted projects, uploaded references, or generated results. Shared store subscription records may remain where they also serve another account.

Deletion covers account data and media in our active systems. Copies in backups and media processing providers’ caches or logs follow their own retention and deletion schedules and may not disappear immediately. Any retention required by law also continues to apply.

06Disconnect a social account

If you connected a social account to publish videos, disconnecting it deletes the stored access token on our side. You can also revoke Reelipal's access from the platform itself:

• Google / YouTube — myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party apps & services → Reelipal → Remove access.
• TikTok — Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Apps → Reelipal → Remove.
• Facebook / Instagram — Settings → Apps and Websites → Reelipal → Remove.

07Data received from Meta platforms

If you connected an Instagram or Facebook account and want the data we received from Meta deleted, remove the app as described above or email [email protected] with the subject "Meta data deletion". We action every request within 30 days and confirm by email.
